  • ABX must verify and receive a proper clearance/approval from the buyer of any goods before shipping to final destination.
  • All Goods not purchased by us(abxworld) must wait for a minimum of 15 working days after arrival in our US office before shipping to the final destination.
  • ABX is not responsible or accountable for the failure of the US or UK postal service and any other commercial service or postal authority to deliver on time.
  • ABX will terminate a customers mailbox service if it is used for illegal, unlawful purposes.
  • ABX is not responsible for any customs or duties incurred on any Mailbox contents.
  • ABX is not responsible for penalties, loss or damage of Mailbox contents while in possession of custom.
  • Any item contracted to ABX for purchase MUST be shipped by ABX INTERNATIONAL.
  • Any shipment sent to ABX mailing address in the US or UK must be shipped by ABX INTERNATIONAL.
  • A customer MUST be registered with us before using the mailbox service.
  • ABX will not be responsible for any item sent to our US or UK mailing address by an unregistered customer.

    NOTE
  • Source of Payment Must be Confirmed.

  • Using Stolen Credit Card to Purchase Goods
    is Against The Law and Unacceptable.

  • As from 03/27/2006, ABX will not accept/sign forany goods without Pre-notification of its arrival at our USA/UK Office.

  • As from August 4th 2006, ABX will not accept any Item/s
    Not purhased by it in our USA/UK offices.
